Intertops makes several changes to affiliate terms and conditions.  This change involves the agreeing of terms.
Change #1 – Category: AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

The Affiliate expressly agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement by downloading the Intertops.com banner(s) or creating a link from his/her site to the Intertops.com website. ”Poker Rake” = Sum total of all players’ contributions to all rakes the players were involved in whilst playing in the Poker Room, less any bonus or promotional amounts given to the players, processing charges, charge backs, or any uncollectable revenue attributable to the player. Player’s contribution to the rake = Actual amount of each rake to which the player has contributed divided by the total number of players at the table at the start of the hand

SUMMARY: The main reason for this change was to place the Poker Rake section in the proper place, underneath commissions structures.  Additionally, they add their email for affiliates to use for contact.

15. The current agreement is non-transferable. Intertops.com is strongly opposed to the use of spyware, adware (Gator etc.) or any other method of unauthorized browser acquisition. Intertops.com reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts if they are found to be using any of the above methods to redirect traffic to our site. Once discovered, Intertops.com will ask the affiliate to desist the practice via an email. If no action is taken on the part of the affiliate within 7 days, the account will be terminated

14. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Antigua and the Affiliate irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of its courts.

 

NEW TERM

 

14. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Antigua, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in Antigua and the Webmaster irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of its courts.

 

SUMMARY: It appears that Barbuda is no longer governing the rules of the casino.  Antigua is sole Jurisdiction now.

Intertops makes several changes to affiliate terms and conditions. This clarification is for commissions payments and more clearly outlines their payment terms.  Additionally it speaks to negative carryover.

Change #1 – Category: COMMISSIONS PAYMENT

OLD TERM

Intertops will pay referral commissions on a weekly basis, earned by him/her in the previous week, by the Wednesday of each week. All payments will be due and paid into the Affiliate Partners Intertops.com account every 4 weeks. If the account is in a negative position (e.g. because customer winnings have exceeded customer losses) the negative position will be carried over until the following week. The Affiliate will only receive a payout when there is a positive balance.

NEW TERM

11. Intertops.com will pay referral commissions monthly by credit to your Intertops account of any commission earned by you in the month. If the account is in a negative position (e.g. because customer winnings have exceeded customer losses) this negative position will NOT be carried over until the following month.

SUMMARY: This is excellent news and states that negative carryover is NO LONGER!!!  Intertops has NO NEGATIVE CARRYOVER!  Additionally, this clarification is for commissions payments as the previous term was fairly confusing.

10. Affiliates of Intertops.com may refer other Webmasters to the Intertops.com Affiliate Program (Refer-An-Affiliate). The affiliate will earn 5% of the referred webmaster’s commission.

 

SUMMARY: Yet another clarification we asked for.  This shows that if you promote Casino Affiliate Programs, you can promote Intertops and receive income based upon sending other affiliates to promote their casinos

8. All Affiliate arrangements are strictly done on a Revenue Share basis. The Intertops.com Affiliate Program does not work on a CPA, CPC, CPM, etc. basis.

SUMMARY: This clarification was requested by AffiliateGuardDog.com.  It is a clause which lets affiliates know what earning models are possible with Intertops Affiliates.

6. The Affiliate will earn referral commissions based on the following calculation to determine the net house profit. Profit SB*20% + Profit CS*20% + Profit PK*20% - (Aff. Bonus+Bonus SB CS)*20% -  Bonus PK*20% Profit SB=  Staked -  Refunded - Won Profit CS= ChipsPurchased - ChipsCashed In - Royalties Profit PK=  Poker Rake. The payout percentage is determined based on the total revenue generated by the Affiliate. The more revenue generated by the Affiliate, the higher the potential earnings will be.

3. Intertops.com will provide timely, statistical reports to Affiliates detailing  the tracking and monies earned by the Affiliate’s referred customers. Intertops.com will also provide the Affiliate with online remote access to the Affiliate’s referral reportson a best efforts basis.

NEW TERM
3. Intertops.com will provide hourly updated reports to webmasters of the tracking  of the  webmaster’s referred customers. Intertops.com will also on a best efforts basis provide the webmaster with online remote access to the  webmasters referral reports.

SUMMARY: Nothing major – This is for clarification purposes and likely is a result of their implementation of Income Access stats.
