AffiliateGuardDog.com worked very long and hard with GSN some time back to remove a predatory term they had in their Terms and Conditions. This term is NOW back online and even worse than before. If you promote GSN’s casinos, you should stop now before you lose even MORE money with them!
Change #1 – Category: TERMINATION – PREDATORY CLAUSE

8.4. Should You not refer a minimum of 1 (one) New Real Purchasing Customer for a consecutive 3 month period, the Affiliates Player Referral Commission will revert back to our base commission percentage of 25%. The Affiliates account will not be terminated under these circumstances and the Affiliate will continue to be paid a commission, albeit at a lower rate, for the Life Time of such players.

8.4. Should you not refer a minimum of 1 (one) new real purchasing player for a consecutive 3 month period, your account will be terminated with immediate effect, and the commission earned to date of termination will be paid to you in full, no further commissions will be payable after this.

OUR SUMMARY: According to GSN, this term WILL be applied retroactively. This means that you may lose your current commissions if you do not bring new players to them for 3 months. All the hard work you do will be lost. GSN IS NOW HIGHLY PREDATORY!

GoldenStar have changed some of the verbiage of their terms and condition where minimum payment is concerned.  It eludes to the fact that payment methods have changed as well as minimums for different payment methods.

Change #1 – Category: Commissions

6.10. The minimum amount payable is $50,  except for Wire  and ACH, which is $100.

6.10. The minimum amount payable is $100, except for Neteller, EcoCard and Quicktender, which is $50.  

OUR SUMMARY: It appears that the typical minimum payment has went up for all other payment methods besides Neteller, ECOCard, and QuickTender (which are still at $50).   The new minimum payment for other methods is now $100.

Goldenstarnetwork has completely re-evaluated their terms, which were considered predatory, and have now amended all terms favorably towards affiliates.

Pierre and Kerryn were very helpful from the start and showed a willingness to work with us to aid in the benefit of ALL affiliates. We sincerely appreciate their help with this matter!

Initially, there was the possibility of a Negative Carryover with the previous Terms and Conditions… They amended this term to:
