Class 1 Affiliates have removed the clause about chargebacks.

4.1 Charge-backs A charge-back is defined as un-collectable Credit Card transaction from the Credit Card companies as a result of customer non payment or fraudulent credit card use. Fifty percent of all charged back amounts will be deducted from your payment or the reserved funds. Charge back fees will be paid to CC companies and will be administered by Class 1 Casino

Summary: I do not quite understand the reason for completely removing this term. Baffling.
