Title:Bodog Adds Click2Pay, Removes MoneybookersDate:October 6, 2009 8:01 am


In the terms, Bodog has added Click2Pay as an affiliate payment method. However – Moneybookers is no longer an option if the terms are correct.

TERMS UPDATE, Commissions, Payment Methods

7.2. Payment for the preceding month shall be processed by the 15th day of each calendar month. If Affiliate commissions earned do not exceed the minimum balance in any given month, then payment will be carried over to the following month until they exceed the minimum balance. The minimum balance is based on payment option as follows (see section 7.4 for availability of different options): Personal Bodog Account = $200 USD Moneybookers Click2Pay = $200 USD NETeller = $200 USD Check By Mail = $200 USD Bank Wires = $500 USD


7.3. If an Affiliate is participating via the Revenue Share Model and the Net Revenue for a particular calendar month is negative, such negative amounts shall be carried forward to the subsequent months(s). 7.4. Payments will be made through the following methods: NETeller (non-US non-North America only); Moneybookers Click2Pay (non-US non-North America only); Bank Wire(non-US only, $25 transfer fee); Check by Mail (US only) or a Bodog betting account. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to select the method of payment and to pay transaction fees associated with their selected payment. Unless otherwise stipulated, payment will be withheld.


Summary:Affiliates are no longer able, according to contract, to promote Rakeback.

Bodog have added a ‘Commissionable Earnings’ modification to item 6.9 of their terms and conditions.

TERMS UPDATE, Commissions, Commissionable Earnings

6.9. Banners and links may not be placed within unsolicited email, unauthorized newsgroup postings, chat rooms or through the use of bots. Traffic generated illegally or in contravention of these terms and conditions will not be commissionable.


Summary:The term appears to be defined to ensure affiliates are not paid for illegal traffic and/or spam. It also suggests that breach of contract will also invalidate commissions.

Bodog Affiliates are finally AGD Certified!!! After working with AGD to clear up some Terms and Conditions issues, Bodog is now ‘in the clear’.

Bodog Affiliates – NOW AGD CERTIFIED

Bodog Affiliates have been around for a very long time and their new affiliate management team is among the best in the industry.

Summary:Bodog represents the following online casino: BodogCasino (Proprietary – RTG). Bodog Casino opened in 1999 and takes all US players. The Bodog team willl respond to any and all questions in their Bodog Affiliate Forum as quickly as possible.

While some programs are working against the affiliate, Bodog happily changes terms to ensure that they are affiliate-friendly. This new step in the right direction for Bodog has gained them certification at AGD. We thank both Claire and Richard for working with AGD on the new terms.

REMOVED TERM, Commissions, Minimum Player Rule

3.3. Affiliate performance will be reviewed annually, based on the date of acceptance of your Program application. 3.4. This Agreement can be terminated at any time without prior notice if the Affiliate is not an active member of the Program.


Termination Clause:

Affiliates participating in the Revenue-Share Model will earn commissions for the life of the Customer, on all transactions the Customer undertakes at the Website, for as long as the Affiliate remains an active member (meaning not less than ten depositing players referred in any rolling 12-month period) of the Program in good standing.



Summary:This is great news for affiliates at Bodog and especially new affiliates to Bodog. This term shows that they are actively looking for new affiliates and willing to treat them with the respect deserved. Thanks to Claire and Richard for making this term update!

Bodog Affiliates have changed their terms and conditions to reflect a much lower minimum payment for affiliate commissions! This is good news for those affiliates trying to start off in the industry.

If Affiliate commissions earned do not exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00 USD) the minimum balance in any given month, then payment will be carried over to the following month until they exceed the minimum balance. The minimum balance is based on payment option as follows (see section 7.4 for availability of different options): Personal Bodog Account = $200 USD $500.00. Moneybookers = $200 USD NETeller = $200 USD Check By Mail = $200 USD Bank Wires = $500 USD.


7.4. Payments will be made through the following methods: Affiliate Speedpay, NETeller (non-US only); Moneybookers (non-US only); Bank Wire (non-US only, $25 transfer fee); Check by Mail (US only) or a Bodog betting account.



Summary:This is VERY helpful to new affiliates and looks to be a great move for Bodog Affiliates

As of January 6th, Bodog Affiliates have completely revamped their terms and conditions. As such we will need to do a re-evaluation of those terms to provide AGD users with proper information on the affiliate program.
