Hello All, Our TAS has notified us of a couple minor Terms Changes for Be The Dealer’s casino affiliate program. As usual, we will break each change down and interpret the ramifications of the change.

Change #1 – Category: Introduction

The following are our complete Terms and Conditions to becoming a member of AffiliShare – the affiliate program of CVgaming, the flagship brand of which is BeTheDealer. Please read this Agreement carefully and completely.

NEW Terms
The following are our complete Terms and Conditions to becoming a member of – the affiliate program of CVgaming, the flagship brand of which is BeTheDealer Casino. Please read this Agreement carefully and completely.

OUR SUMMARY: The program Affilishare was removed – very strange and we are unsure why this has taken place.

Change #2 – Category: Introduction

OLD Terms
You can enroll as a member of AffiliShare by creating a unique link to BeTheDealer using text or one of our banners located on our banner farm.

NEW Terms
You can enroll as a member of by creating a unique link to BeTheDealer Casino using text or one of our banners located on our banner farm.

OUR SUMMARY: Again – Affilishare is removed, but the text doesn’t even make sense without it there…. Still unsure what this means.

Change #3 – Category: Rights and Obligations

OLD Terms
During the term of this Agreement, you may be entrusted with Confidential Information relating to the business, operations, or underlying technology of BeTheDealer Casino and/or the Affiliation Program (including, for example, referral fees earned by you under the AffiliShare program).

NEW Terms
During the term of this Agreement, you may be entrusted with Confidential Information relating to the business, operations, or underlying technology of BeTheDealer Casino and/or the Affiliation Program (including, for example, referral fees earned by you under the program).

OUR SUMMARY: Affilishare removed again.
