It appears that Moneygram is no longer a payment option at BetUS, according to their updated FAQ Page. As of 6/12/2009, this portion of the terms was removed.

UPDATED TERM, Commissions, Payment Method

4. Is there a minimum balance required to receive a payout? Yes, the minimum balance required is: NETeller $25 minimum Moneybookers – $25 minimum Check by courier – $200 Bank Wire – $500
MoneyGrams – $200 Sportsbook or Poker account – $25 minimum 5. What are your payment options? We offer several payment options that vary according to which country you reside in. NETeller – available to Non North American affiliates. No fee. Moneybookers – available to Non North American affiliates. No fee. Check by courier – min. payment of $200. Incurs a $50 fee. Bank Wire – min. payment of $500. Incurs a $50.
Money Gram- min. payment of $200. Incurs a $34.95 fee + 6% of payment amount.


Summary:This is a simple removal of payment method and seems to happen quite frequently all over the place. I doubt Moneygram is used by very many affiliates, but those who use it will now need to find an alternate payment method from BetUS.
