Effective Oct. 1, 2008, any Partner Account remaining inactive for a period of 90 days will be adjusted to a revenue percentage of 15 percent. Should this account remain inactive for a further 90 days this percentage will drop to 5 percent. Once an “inactive” accountÂreflects a minimum of one depositing player having been sent the account will be set at a base revenue share of 30 percent. “Inactive” is defined as no new qualified players delivered within this prescribed period.

First-Tier Affiliate Referral Program – Earn 10% Earn 7% override on the Casino Gross Revenue payment made to the referred affiliate for all qualified real players referred by your directly referred affiliates, regardless of whether your referred affiliates elect the CPA or Revenue-Share option.

Second-Tier Sub-Affiliate Referral Program – Earn 5% override on the Casino Gross Revenue payment made from your Web masters’ referrals for all qualified real players referred by any affiliates referred by your directly referred affiliates, regardless of whether such sub affiliates elect the CPA or Revenue-Share option. Such fees will be paid to you for the referred Affiliate life of the players, provided such players remain in good standing. Third-Tier Sub-Affiliate Referral Program – Earn 3% override on the Casino Gross Revenue payment made from your Web masters’ referrals for all qualified real players referred by any affiliates referred by your directly referred affiliates, regardless of whether such sub affiliates elect the CPA or Revenue-Share option.
