Poker Affiliate World have added a new clause based around affiliate ‘deals’. This clause may allow them to upgrade a deal if they broker a new agreement with their clients (casino partners).
2.17 Deals refers to the deals we offer to each affiliate on the network. Due to improvements in the deals with operators, Poker Affiliate World reserves the right to update the deals and will give notice either via our website, account management post login, or via direct communications (email/Newsletter).
Affiliate Edge has added a policy to their terms and conditions whereby affiliates may no longer open multiple accounts. This is a typical policy in the industry and provides the affiliate program.
3.1. once approved, will be entitled to one Referral account. Requests can be made in writing to Affiliate Edge should the Referral Company deem it necessary to have more than one Referral account. This will be dealt on a case by case basis and the decision to grant or deny applications for multiple Referral accounts will be at the sole discretion of Affiliate Edge.

It appears that Moneygram is no longer a payment option at BetUS, according to their updated FAQ Page. As of 6/12/2009, this portion of the terms was removed.

Commission Warehouse have added a 40% revenue share tier (if you are not sending US players).
If in a calendar month, the Casino Net Win generated by the Affiliate is greater than US $20,000.00, but less than or equal to US $30,000.00, the Affiliate will earn 35% Commission on the Casino Net Win. If in a calendar month, the Casino Net Win generated by the Affiliate is greater than US $30,000.00, the Affiliate will earn 40% Commission on the Casino Net Win. The 40% commission tier will only relate to non-US players. US players will attract a maximum of 35% of NGR on referred players.

Following an ever-increasing trend, Roxy Affiliates have added a high roller policy to their terms and conditions which now allows them to carry over negatives in the event a player wins $10,000 or more. This term MAY be PREDATORY!! WARNING.
5.4 Negative earning are NOT carried forward and the Affiliates will begin each month on a zero balance. Should the Affiliates close the month with a positive balance, commissions will be paid on the positive balance. Should the Affiliates close the month with a negative balance, this balance will NOT be carried forward to the next month, unless the negative balance is a result of a charge-back as described above or in the case of the high roller policy application. (see point 5.7)
5.7 All payments will be made in US Dollars. High roller Policy a. In any given month, if an individual player generates a negative net win of at least $10,000 (’high-roller’), and the aggregate net win in that month (for the casino) for that affiliate is negative $2,000 or greater, then the high-roller policy will apply. b. If both of the above criteria are met (see point a) then the negative net win generated by the high-roller will be carried forward and offset against future net win generated by that high-roller. c. The negative balance carried forward cannot be set-off against other players’ net win. d. The negative balance carried forward cannot be greater than the total aggregate negative net win for the affiliate, for that month. e. If there is more than one high-roller, the negative balance carried forward will be split proportionally between them. f. The negative balance of a high-roller will be reduced by future positive net win that they generate in subsequent months. A negative balance will not be increased by future negative net win unless the high-roller meets the qualifying criteria in subsequent months. (see point a) g. High Roller carry over when applicable will be clearly displayed within the financial report of the affiliate account.
Mecca Affiliates have added a payment minimum for UK Bank transfers as shown below.
The minimum is £100 for non UK bank transfers.
