Yes, you did get the email. So did I, but absolutely doesn't make this right - they sold off our traffic. - did you get one about this other property of theirs which is stealing our traffic as we speak?
    CasinoBlasters / BCP --- RIPOFF!

Same group as you know, so I'm not sure why you are batting for them so much. I know I didn't get any email and I've worked with both Jeff and Fred for a long time, talk to them on the phone, etc. No one told me about OnlineCasino.com closing up and opening on a new domain so they could set up an affiliate portal and compete with me against their other program BCP.

I am not "batting for them". Believe me I have seen my share of rip-offs.

Assuming they did in fact sell the site (?), then how can they control what the new owner does with it? From what I can see, they are at least doing the right thing in notifying affiliates so we can discontinue sending new traffic there and continuing to track players that were sent to GC before they sold it. I can't see how they could have done it any better?

I had not seen the other one. We don't deal with CasinoBlasters so I wasn't aware of it. That does looks terrible.

    Default GoldenCasino.com

Sent to all BestCasinoPartner affiliates on November 23rd, 2009:

Urgent Reminder to All Affiliates re: Golden Casino
Although we've been making every effort to reach all of our valued affiliates by phone and email over the past week, we would also like to take this opportunity to notify you, in case you did not receive our previous communications, of the upcoming changes to Golden Casino.

As you may be aware, one of our clients, Golden Casino, is in the process of being sold. Under the new ownership, Golden Casino will no longer be accepting new players as of December 1, 2009. Please note, however, this decision does not affect existing Golden Casino players and you'll continue to be paid on their losses as long as the casino remains in operation.

This client's decision does not affect the other 3 brands we represent (Online Vegas, GO Casino and Crazy Slots) as the operators of these properties have reaffirmed their commitment to continue operating within the US market.
Although the changes are not due to take place until December 1, we are informing you now in order to give you as much notice as possible so that you may change your links and campaigns in order to promote the other 3 brands prior to December 1.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if you are in need of custom creatives for any property, please let us know.

As indicated above, on December 1st of 2009 the operators of GoldenCasino.com made the decision to stop accepting new players. BestCasinoPartner affiliates were initially notified of the upcoming change on November 16th, 2009 and were encouraged repeatedly thereafter to update their links accordingly. BestCasinoPartner provided affiliates with an additional 5 month grace period during which time all traffic sent to GoldenCasino.com was credited via an internal redirect to another partner casino. Furthermore, to date, every affiliate continues to be paid in full for all commissions accumulated from players, past and present, at GoldenCasino.com. We see no evidence of a lack of attention having been given on the part of BestCasinoPartner.com. Where and how the current management of the GoldenCasino.com domain choose to divert their traffic is not at the discretion of, nor is it the responsibility of BestCasinoPartner.com.

As always, we are happy to address any questions and/or concerns sent to us directly at support@bestcasinopartner.com.

I know how you feel Bernie. It's not right but that's just how they play pool, dirty

Play the same game and they go all sookie la la.

If you think what they did was rough, I was promoting a casino group exclusively on a total of 4 sites, when it suited them I was more than just an affiliate...Hell they even sent a rep to see me in Australia. For over 3 years I freely gave them targeted Australian information, thinking and being under the impression we were partners.

You can imagine my horror when I discovered they'd added a two au.theircasinoname.com sub domains and where now in the Australian market.

Of course the rep had only seen me 3 months previously, as if he didn't know they were doing this. Still he made out like they really wanted to get things kicking...

When I asked why they didn't tell me... I was told "we don't tell affiliates everything"...Oh so know we are no longer partners...Yeah right!

And casinos wonder why Governments want to close them down

    Cheers

    Dave

Sounds very nice and legal like huh...

BestCasinoPartners...hmmm from what I can tell (I like using my virtual shovel and digging around the net) you program has been associated to those scum bags CPays and Europartners who were in cahoots - busted more than a few time unethically cross marketing.

Personally anything you say ain't worth 2 knobs of goat poop to me buddy!
Your all devious, I wouldn't put it past programs like this selling their own grand mother if meant turning a buck.

No cheers for you & your kind

    Dave
