World Bingo Affiliates didn't pay April commissions via EcoCard

Hello guys, I have a problem with World Bingo Affiliates. Usually they paid commissions to my EcoCard without any problems, but this month they didn't pay me April commissions, although Julie replied to me several times and promised that they would pay me them.

On May, 18th, she replied to me:

We are in the process of scheduling payments - = yours is definitely a priority as soon as funds are credited to our EcoCard account (we sent a wire, but are waiting for it to me credited).>>

If there is anything special in terms of banners, etc. that you would like to use to promote us to your players - just let me know!>>

On May, 24th, she again replied to me:

We had issues with one of our banks and are waiting for our funds to be transferred to a different bank so we can issue the payments.>>

And now she even doesn't reply to all my other emails, because I'm still waiting for my April commissions.

On AGD I see that somebody received commissions on May,14th from them.
So, I don't understand why they didn't pay me my commissions.

And I already have commissions in May, and I'm afraid that they won't pay me them.

Yes, I see it is an ECOCard payment too. Very strange. If you have a contact, then send that to me. Send another email to them and copy me on it. I'll follow up.

Yesterday I have finally received a reply from Julie:

One of bank accounts had to be relocated with no prior notice- and we are in the process of waiting for the funds to be credited to our new bank account (for the past 3 weeks).>>

I will wait, and I hope they will pay all commissions.

It was me who they paid, though I was paid for Jan-Febr-March-April altogether (so I don't know whether it was a good idea from me to put it into the Payment Calendar at all), because they didn't pay in those months.
I wrote to Julie too, and they did actually send the monies some days later, so I think it might be some bank problem now and you will be paid soon aksana. Fingers crossed

Julie promised that all future payments would be maid without any delays
