A word of warning

Before actively promoting any new casino property I join and deposit as a real player. I do this to ensure that players I refer can get a good experience (download time, setup time, ease of deposit, browser compatibilities for non-download casinos, games range, customer service reply times and ease and speed of withdrawals, amongst other things)

The Come On casino property is relatively new and they have been very active in trying to recruit affiliates, hence why I played their casino before considering joining their affiliate program.

For those in this forum that are already affiliates or are considering joining may I point out the following :

In general the ComeOn site is a fresh looking non-download site with an excellent range of casino games , and very large selection of feature slots. There is good multi-currency support, and depositing is easy, I used Neteller for my initial deposit

HOWEVER!

1. There are issues playing at ComeOn.com with some browsers not being supported.
2. There are also regular technical errors including game dropouts and random errors where you are logged out of the site.

and

3. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY - for all players and affiliates to be aware of is that withdrawals are not processed according to their terms. I made a withdrawal 6 days ago via Neteller (after fulfilling all ID requirements) was told I had been paid by email, and after 6 days am still waiting for them to establish why they can't make Neteller payments, they are claiming they are experiencing problems making payments to E-wallets (I gave them Moneybookers as an option too)

After being in this business for over 10 years , this smells like a rat - so be warned!

Of course should they pay me and give me a good reason why they could not pay me then I will in fairness inform this forum accordingly.

Thanks a ton for this information! That helps many of us (who cannot deposit in certain casinos). Keep me/us informed about the issue and I hope it is resolved properly.

That's very interesting as our withdrawal of affiliate commissions to Neteller was processed in just few hours...and it happened this week.

Good morning guys,

this reached me yesterday and I did an investigation and found out where the issue was. I will communicate directly with the affiliate in the smallest detail to cover the timeline and the technical bug that we had with the NETeller's API during the specific time withdrawal was requested.

Let's hope that the answer will be sufficient to clear this case and satisfy the affiliate.

After having received a detailed explanation from Adnan of the series of events that took place in this matter I am now satisfied.

The situation should never have occured and I believe that ComeOn.com have learnt from this so that hopefully it does not occur again.
