If there is : ( i) no activity in your account for forty five days ; or ( ii) a major decrease in the number of potential players directed to the Sites;we will deem this Agreement to have been terminated .

It took Winner Affs very little time to make the change... took AGD (I, personally, had too many things on my plate) awhile to get them certified and, therefore, alerted.
