Why did Roxy Affiliates locked my account?

To Thom it may concern,

I have sent you guys an email about the locking of my affiliate account, and no response. so, I'm posting about it thinking maybe you will answer me.
also, I wanted to ask other US Affiliates have they had their accounts locked and have no idea why? I get this message when trying to log in

Your account has been locked please contact your affiliate manager on support@roxyaffiliates.com

for further details.

My account still works, although for the last 2 months I've had a negative balance.

I just recieved an email asking to consider promoting them.
