Default Who to contact for Acropolis affiliate payments?

According to the affiliate system at Acropolis, I am owed approximately $649.31 for affiliate payments since November of 2006. I realize this is not a tremendous amount of money, but I am not a large affiliate and it does mean something to me.

The system *indicates* that I have received payments for November and December of 2006, as well as January and February 2007, with March 2007 still owing. However, this is not the case - I haven't received any payments since November of 2006.

The site lists affiliates@adv.acropoliscasinos.com as the contact e-mail for Acropolis Affiliates, but I have e-mailed many, many times over the course of this year and have never received a reply.

I would sure be interested if someone has an idea of whom to contact that might be able to get my payments sorted.

    Any ideas?

    Hey David,

Here is a possibility... Leisure & Gaming owns Acropolis last I heard. That is the same organization that owns Nine.com, VIP.com, and Casino Coins. The Casino Coins folks were helping people previously.

EDIT: Casino Coins no longer has any relation to Acropolis - see next post.

    Update:

It looks like Casino Coins is no longer involved with Acropolis as they are no longer owned by Leisure & Gaming.

I am looking further into this and will hopefully have an address for you to contact someone at soon.

    Thanks.

Thanks Guard Dog. I look forward to any information that you are able to discover about this. Jared at Casino Coins had no idea what Acropolis affiliates could do or whom they could contact to get paid after the affiliation between Casino Coins and Acropolis was terminated.

If you are able to find out anything about this then my hat will be off to you, as I think there are quite a few in the same boat as I am.

The person to contact about Acropolis is: Mike.Chalmers@vip.com

He should be able to get you the information you need.

Just as an update to this (still unresolved) situation, I did send an e-mail to Mr. Chalmers using the address that you mentioned. As with my other attempts at contacting Acropolis Affiliates using other addresses, I did not even get the courtesy of a response.

That VIP is now handling Acropolis Affiliates is not altogether comforting to me. Not with the intention of falling into gross speculation, but along with their lack of response to this and previous inquiries of mine regarding the Acropolis commissions I am owed, I have also heard from other affiliates in the business (much, much larger than myself) that they have been stiffed by VIP Profits with commissions either completely confiscated in one case and severely discounted in another case (where VIP allegedly closed the affiliate account and paid a nominal sum for all players referred previously).

It makes one wonder if VIP's exit from the US market has ruined their financial state to the point that they can't pay the people that built them their business in the first place. This is disappointing from a company that was once among the most reputable in the industry.

I would have to agree that VIP has really lost any of the 'good name' they once had in the industry.

It is really too bad, but as you can see from the forums here - their terms and conditions are quite predatory anyway. With their takeover of Acropolis, this casino has become one not worthy of promoting either

I hope someone finally answers you, but have no further sources of contact.
