Dated:2010-07-27 - High Roller Negative Carryover
In the event of the affiliate generating a negative commission during any month, this negative will be eliminated so that the affiliate commission begins at zero each month. The exception to this rule shall only happen in the event of a charge back or in the event of a player winning $5,000 or more on Month A and on the following Month B loses the money won on Month A.


This is the actual term. This essentially means that if a player wins $5,000 and then loses it the next month - you will not earn on that $5,000. If the player won $4,500 and lost it the next month - you would earn on the $4,500.

I notice you don't have any links to betphoeniccasino from betphoenix. Are the separate? Are you promoting betphoenixcasino to existing betphoenix players?

A/ We are owned by betphoenix.com but run independently (different management and staff). We do share the same offices.

Q/How are you handling the players that were brought to betphoenix by affiliates? Are they two distinct entities?

A/ Two distinct entities (further info on the next A)

Q/ I notice you don't have any links to betphoeniccasino from betphoenix. Are the separate?

A/ Yes they are separate.

Q/ Are you promoting betphoenixcasino to existing betphoenix players?

A/ No, we sent an invite to a few non-affiliate players from BetPhoenix to test the casino on a free chip when we launched early this year.
