Add in the sloooooooooooow payments, general non responsiveness and the continued c#ck ups which have been ongoing since late 2007. Clearly demonstrates they hold affiliates in contempt.

With Joe's account closure, that seals it IMO...VA are 100% unmitigated ass clowns.

Hey PDJoe. I am sorry to hear that. Completely sucks. I hope you are not losing a bunch of money over this. I will be putting my word into VA today to reinstate your account.

I just tried Skype and although Ellen is active today, working on her computer, etc, she is not responding.

I first removed them from the 150 microgaming games we had them listed under.

I have now added WARNING!!! to the title page.

Now adding link to dodgycasinos (Thanks Dave) and anyone else feel free to send me where you are Blacklisting them so I can link there.

Additionally my site ranks #4 for Grand Hotel Casino. People wishing to link to it are encouraged to. I've held the #1 spot with this term before, and I suggest linking to me so that people can see who Grand Hotel Casino has promoting them.

WARNING TO AFFILIATES: this group has used legal threats and everything else to get their way. Word you blacklist pages, do so in a way that you are not saying anything bad about the casinos themselves, but how you would never play there because they have a very cut-throat marketing team behind them and the people who actually own the casinos will not change that. That to me makes the casino dangerous. Always state words in opinion style format (freedom of speech) be careful of your claims.

Even if they did reinstate, I wouldn't trust them for as minute. My stats there went to hell shortly after I rogued them last year.

Yeah its hard for me Joe. I lost a lot of money with this group. When Monica was there she FOUND 15,000$!!! of mine in an old "media" account. It was tooth and nail getting it from them, but Monica got it for me. I gave them a chance after that. When they got it straight, I was making a couple grand a month again. They were getting up on my lists. I already had media spots for them in my new banner server, when the crossmarketing crap happened (VA - are you cross marketing w/o affiliate tags?). Then Ellen and company could not even take down Floridita while they decided what to do. They didn't even address it. Just left the theft to go on. It's still there this morning.

I agree to be careful. Remember they have Vegas Affiliates as a separate entity to the casinos, so don't bad mouth the casinos without referencing the fact that you don't trust the casinos is because they selected a crooked marketing arm, and that in your opinion making that type of association puts them in a place where you'd never trust them.

I'm happy to hear you got the money. Affiliates shouldn't have to fight for their earnings. I hope they don't close your account to for speaking out!


Also thanks for the advice, I'll revisit my page and make sure its clear.


I wonder if I am being singled out here too or if they have closed other affliate accounts.....time will tell I guess.

They are CURRENTLY (despite having knowledge of the issue) cross-marketing our players to Floridita Club Casino.
They are closing accounts of people exercising free speech.

Can I get an update on whether or not these are grounds for black-listing (on AGD)? Currently instead of removing the offending links, they are leaving it up to steal from us while they "fix" the problem. I could have fixed it in 20 seconds.

VA, this is unacceptable.

Affiliates, DO NOT PROMOTE VEGAS AFFILIATES! They are a rogue outfit and will steal your residual income if you speak publicly about their unethical behavior. They threatened to do this to me last year, and today they actually did it to pdjoe. (Actually they did steal a big chunk of my residual income as punishment -- but not quite all of it -- yet.)

Obviously nothing has changed at VA -- threats and bully tactics are still the norm.

I think VA should be re-rogued at AGD, but that's just my personal opinion.
