Waiting for check for over 3 weeks

I was told my check was sent on the 28th of April, I have still not received it and Jack doesn't respond to emails for days or weeks at times.

Anyone help?

I was also told mine was sent on the 28th, i've heard similar stories from other people too.

Luckily i was paid by BACS after 2 weeks of pestering.

The most annoying thing is that there's nothing but a (rarely) monitored email address to contact affiliate hub. The contact form on the website is always ignored and there's no phone support available. It was much better when it was run by Stream 20, hopefully income access will improve things, if it's ever implemented.

I received an email a few days ago from Hannah, stating that Jack left the company weeks ago and they were reissuing me a check.

Since Jo Thomas left (from stream 20) the only person i've had any contact from is Lucy Rowe.
