    Default Wager Junction stats question?

I am a disabled person and bought a online casino site in March of this year. I'm getting very bad replies by Wager Junction. My affiliate website stats do not match my casino site stats. This affiliate keeps giving me answers why my stats does not match. I think they are not showing my real deposits and not giving me the commission. For example: my unique visitors stats 31,000 clicks and on my affiliate site stats only show 6 "real clicks".On my site stats it shows 9 clicks on my download.html and my affiliate stats shows 0 "real Downs"

Where can I get a financial record report of my affiliate sponsor. I want them to show me if there are any deposits to my site that they are witholding from me. I need proof that they are not taking money from my site and not giving me commission. If they are doing so, I need to find another affiliate sponsor for my site.

FYI I dumped Wager Junction this week for allowing Royalty Jackpots to be a "Fake skin" for their Windows casino.
They seemed perfectly happy with this - but I am not.
    No sympathy here - sorry.

It's a good idea to use many affiliate programs in case someone tries funny business you can easily remove them without worry. And you won't lose all your funds because you're spread out better.

Does anyone earn with them? I added them a while back and see a few players but never a deposit.

    Default WJ

Yeah i make quite a lot of money from WJ products mainly in Euro languages and some penetration in the UK . I think that they are one of the best Playtech programs out there along with Bet365. Take a look at their Terms and Conditions and you will see what i mean re that. They might not be the flashiest but they are defintiely the most responsive.

I am a little mystified as to the gripe though - why would WJ not want to show commission earned - in light of the fact that they use Playtech software and Playtech is a PLC - it would seem to me that Playtech would not allow this kind of behaviour - i might be wrong on that count.

Wager Junction this week for allowing Royalty Jackpots to be a "Fake skin" for their Windows casino
I am a little mystified by the above as well - What do you want them to do ? Should they police the internet as well ?

I'm surprised to see how easily we can be accused as "scam". Allow me to explain the situation here:

Royalty Jackpots confuses the stats that show visitor activity on his site, with the stats provided by Wagerjunction to show banner / link activity. We tried to explain to him how the affiliate program works, and prompted him to speak with the company that built his site for more information on how he should be using, and promoting, his new site. We also communicated with the company that built his site and asked them to assist him in better understanding his business. I believe we have provided good customer service and I'm dissapointed to see we are being accused of the contrary.

As far as the "fake skin" accusation, there are many companies online that sell "ready made casino templates" to people interested in becoming affiliates. One of them has chosen Wagerjunction and uses links that send traffic to Windows Casino. He is not using our brand name or any copyright material, so if you can explain how exactly we can put a stop to this we are willing to listen. How people choose to market is their business, we do not interfere with that, what we do insist on is that he makes clear to his clients what they are getting from him and what they should be expecting from his company, and from our affiliate program. I have emailed the company owner and hopefully he will reply and explain below.

We are not in the business of scamming people or allowing people to be scammed by using our product. Windows Casino now has a very good reputation and we have put a stop to a lot of the scamming and goings on that previous owners of the Casino had in place - that is including taking action against malicious sellers of these templates. We do not endorse anybody to sell these templates but if we did we would probably go with the person who is currently doing this. We have seen affiliates who use this template bring in decent traffic and make some very decent earnings.

    Best regards
    Stel

I didnt say i wasnt receiving my commission i was trying to say "maybe". Im thinking possibly they are not showing me actual deposits. Lets look at the facts i wrote b4 about the stats. Out of 31,000 visitors, they are showing me less than 50 are "real clicks"? All what i said about the stats are true. Dont tell me out of 9 visitors that click my download.html file, not one is shown as "real Downs" on my affiiate site.

Lets look at another fact: I contacted them to explain why my account "freeze" button doesnt "freeze". I see they are setting up accounts under other people's name to receive money. I asked them how come i cant "freeze" the other accounts. I received no reply as to why this is happening.
