Vegas Regal Casino - An Official Reply on Progressives & MasterCard Processor Losses

Hi Everyone,

Recently there has been a lot of confusion regarding two issues affecting Rival Casino Affiliates. I would like to clear up what our stance on this issue is here at Vegas Regal Casino and Regal Affiliates:

1- Progressive Jackpot Contributions.
At Regal Affiliates we believe communication is key. That is why when the progressive issue emerged, we declared:
NO affiliate from Regal Affiliates will be charged on Progressive Contributions! All progressive contributions deducted will be refunded in full. All future progressive contribution fees WILL be completely absorbed by Regal Affiliates. Like our no negative carry over policy, we feel this should be part of our marketing cost and should and WILL not affect our valued affiliates.

2- Master Card Processor Losses.
Our position is now clear: we are covering ALL MasterCard losses (affiliates will not lose a dime as a result) and we are NOT introducing negative carry over.

We are committed to working closely with our affiliates to ensure maximum profitability from all traffic sent to our brand. We can set up exclusive promotions for your players, contests on your forums, and we do everything possible to accommodate any other custom marketing vehicle/materials you might like.

Great news Nicolas - I am happy to say I have now added you back to my site.

I know it's still a big mess, but do you happen to know how things will work in the future with regards to stats?

Specifically, will the progressive fees as well as any future processor confiscations still have to be manually credited to the affiliate (meaning we won't really be able to rely on our stats because there will be changes at the end of the month)?

How will payments work for February? I had all of my earnings wiped out due to the processor issues and I am delighted to hear that you won't be charging me after all.

Right now the changes aren't all done yet. But when they are finished, the ANW calculation at Regal Affiliates will be:
Deposits - Cashouts - Charge backs

We won't have to manually adjust anything. Rival is working on change this for us; they have been very responsive to our requests, which is great, because it means we can take care of our affiliates all that much better!

The MasterCard deductions will be reversed. As I said, it is not all in effect yet, but it will be. Affiliates will not lose $0.01 on any of this!!!
