Shame of it is, 400 has 4 brands with different owners so they are stuck with one another, I think to save good brands these 2 good casinos need to leave the other 2 evil casinos... I bet if they had to do it all over again they would not all go into business with each other again!

I stopped promotion of TIV , Rockbet etc when John started getting shady and banning every damn player that won on his brands or any other Rivals that he was told players were winning on. He was once someone I called a friend.... silly me!
What really pisses me off about this is the fact that John just recently tried to become a private member of the GPWA as some of you guys know but was not voted in. This was just a couple months back if I remember correctly. He or Nancy one I believe had stated that John made claims there in one of the threads then that he was not associated with TIV or the owner or affiliate manager either! So that right there has now proven to be another bold faced lie!

I swear, I just don't get it I reckon, why some of these casino peeps feel the need to lie about association.

Hmmm... It looks like "This Is Vegas Casino" has decided to take the low road in this unresolved issue since it has now been two weeks that this has been posted in their forum here at AGD and no one from TIV has bothered to reply here. Oh well, I reckon we can always see what the serps can do now since this thread has had no effect on getting a response from TIV!

    Hi All,

I don't want to cross post but IMHO most Rivals can't be trusted.
Warning GibsonCasino Using eCOGRA - Tradition ReBranded

What really upset me is there are some good affiliate managers and good non white label Rivals.

Thing is, I don't see any other way around these issues with Rival other than to blacklist the software.

Seriously something has to be done because Rival obviously doesn't care how its licensees operate and in some instance are actually helping the casinos to be crooked.

    Cheers

Wow, what do you guys make of these recent posts at CM in the TIV thread there:

This is a quote below from this post: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...tml#post384837

"This Is Vegas owe me 80,000usd

Finally posted a PAB. Interestingly, i've received a number of emails from ex Sloto, Rival and TIV casino employees who have passed on some interesting information to me including contact emails and phone numbers of the owners of the various casinos. They aslo made statements to the effect that "manipulation of software" for "high rollers" happens frequently. Disappointing to hear this and I will NEVER GO NEAR a Rival Casino again !!! "

*And then this on the next page of the thread in this post here.... http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...tml#post385397

"this is a very small extract from one of the emails I received:

"I know of the actions management has taken to prevent your account from winning. They have deliberately lowered payout percentages against your account.". "

*And then Bryan makes a post confirming that he knows that ex-employee that made the statement and sent the PM or email to the OP and would trust what this person is saying.... http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...tml#post385440

Sounds like the rabbit hole may get deeper...what do you think?

Personally I think the entire Rival issues has been allowed to go for too long.

I'll be the first to say, not all Rival's are crap. But it seems from where I'm sitting if it's a white label (which seem to multiply like rabbits), the likelihood is players are going to face dramas.

The software provider has proven more than once they don't give a toss about either players or affiliates. There has been proof they fiddled with the slots and also the blackjack. That too me, that's enough to label the software IFFY.

But they're still around and to the point now where their capital (or so the grape vine stories go) is all but dried up.

Not sure where that places casinos like Black Diamond, Box 24 ect...ect if Rival goes down the gurgle.

For the two mentioned above, that will be the second software change in under a year I believe...

    Just my 2 cents worth...

    Cheers

I'm starting to get a bit worried. I've long thought that they fiddled with high rollers. Especially since I had heard that this was a possibility from one of their former licensees.

However- that can always be chalked up to discontent.

Now there is this. I wonder what is REALLY going on. It may be time for me to finally get rid of all Rival casinos on all my sites. I really have to think about this one But if they are screwing players over, that's the final straw.

Don't you guys think though that if Rival can manipulate the software or let the operators, while one is playing, and also lower payout percentages against your account or any individual account, then they all can do it...MG, RTG, Wagerworks, Wagerlogic, Playtech, Top Game...every last one of them.

We have heard this story before from ex RTG employees too...

Just a sidenote, I've been playing at one of the 400Group Casinos the last two weeks, just testing the different slot and video poker games for RTP Percentage. I've basically been making a deposit each day without taking up any bonus and my RTP Percentage has basically been in the 50% - 60% range! That was spread across 15 deposits. Not good if they want players to keep coming back!

No wonder we are not getting returning players and then when one player finally wins an 80K amount worthy of writing home to mom about.....the poor sap can't get paid!

WTF TIV? I'm also surprised that Rival themselves has not put pressure on TIV to come here to this thread and at the very least give their side of the story. That's the damn least that they could have done here!

@ TIV and RIVAL, you sure you guys really don't want to respond here? My Rogue List is gaining serps that rival with CM's list. Just trying to give either of you guys the opportunity to set this and other issues straight before that action needs to happen. The longer you remain silent, the guiltier you look!

Bryan, as it appears now, has just finished his investigation into this "TIV Issue" regarding the player not getting paid his 80K and he states this here in this post at Casinomeister:

This Is Vegas Owe Me 80,000 USD - Page 17 - Casinomeister's Online Casino and Poker Forum

"the bottom line is the player didn't do anything wrong at TiV."

    What do you guys think?

I think I really like what Bryan said, as quoted in your post.

I think we all agree that fraudsters, scammers and cheats are the bane of our industry and should be banned from ALL online activity.
But in this case the casino accepted his deposit and gave him the bonus.
Unless he tried to defraud/cheat/manipulate/whatever THIS casino then he should be paid in full.

Let's face it, there is no way to cheat casino software (I hope!), the guy just got very, very lucky.
If TiV don't pay they are basically saying they don't want any players to be lucky at their casino...
