Yes if this is retro then I'll have no choice but to blacklist them.

I run a place that may not be pretty, may not always even be uniform but one thing you can count on is that I'll have honorable casinos listed.

Now just how am I to go forward and not blacklist casinos which are using blackmail of earnings already achieved?

Or am I suppose to just over look the fact that the casinos are not honoring their word ... something that is a guaranteed loser for an entity in the business of gambling which I remind is based on keeping your word ... paying your debts ... that's why people go to casinos instead of just meeting up on the street corner ... they're guaranteed to get paid (okay on line not so much but the spirit of the endeavor still remains)

VA's casinos convert very well for me, and I'd really like to start promoting them again. But if I can't trust them, I don't see how that will be possible.

VA, where were you 4 years ago when Fortune Affiliates, Vegas Partner, and Referback attempted to change their T&Cs retroactively?

There was a huge backlash, and eventually they agreed to NOT make the changes retroactive. The new T&Cs were applied to new affiliates only, while the existing T&Cs remained in effect for the existing affiliates. Ethically and legally, that was the best solution.

Please, call up the CEOs at Fortune, Referback, and Vegas Partner (now called Star Partner) and talk to them about this before you make a decision about this very important issue.

I personally am ready for a final answer on this, or I'm moving the company to the rogue section on our site for threatening to alter our contract. The fact that we have to sit and wait for an answer is enough to piss me off this morning. Vegas Affiliates: why not deal with this instead of making bad feelings? I don't like waiting to find out whether or not you plan to screw us. Mentioning it was bad enough. Haven't you been hemming and hawing for like a month now?

Hi again all,

VA's casinos convert very well for me, and I'd really like to start promoting them again.

They didn't necessarily convert well for me but they had excellent retention which makes this predatory "enjoy 10% for 1 year" clause a very unnattractive proposal.

For me ... VA ... used to be one program I wanted long term players to be introduced because put the two together and the results should be a long ride.

I imagine I'm not the only one that thought that way and as such ... combined with the promise of lifetime residuals ... not 1 year ... we feel anything retro is really wrong and while I'm going to probably lose more money campaigning for blacklisting ... than I make every month with VA ... that is what I"ll do.

It is very simple. You can't change the rules in the middle of the game and that's what VA is trying to do.

Carried VA for about six months then tossed them. Too many affiliate complaints regarding payments and spammish stats. I did have a small player base but insisted the account be closed. Suppose I figured the time it took babysitting VA I could be doing other things.
