I need to start the post by saying I have not been able to understand what is going on really in terms of US law. Are Americans able to gamble online or not?

Does RTG have some illegal way of letting them gamble or how is it set up?
And what about the famous Poker players like Doyle Brunson and other americans, they don´t play online anymore?

Where do I send my american visitors, whats your favourite casinos, sports betting and poker place to send them?

Yes, they are ABLE to gamble online.
Whether it is legal or not is debatable, but my opinion is that it is not against any federal law.

Well, you'd have to ask them that question!

You do need to be aware that probably more than 50% of casinos who accept Americans range from "dodgy" to outright Rogue.
So you need to do your due diligence and make sure the places you are promoting are as fair and honest as you can.

More than anything I am surprised that one provider (RTG) is still accepting US players.

The rogue list is very long though, I prefer to go the other rute and go for quality insted. So im going through the certified programs, but there are lots of dodgy or missing sites there as well. I understand it´s almost impossible to keep it updated so im not complaining.
