This is a strange one.....
We contacted Sebastian Gorecki, initially, on 9/17/2006 and received a reply that he was interested in hearing our issues with Unibet's Terms and Conditions on 9/18/2006.
We followed up with the issues list several times after that and have not received a response. They have had enough time to respond, so we must mark them as predatory due to the implementation of the MINIMUM PLAYER RULE.
Thank You.

I am presently an affiliate with Unibet and I'm still awaiting commission for January. I have e-mailed them on numerous occasions and keep getting the reply that they are sorry there is a delay and it will be paid shortly. The last 2 e-mails I have sent them have not been acknowledged at all.
Anyone else having the same problems?

That is one of the main reasons we have them marked as predatory. Besides their 'Minimum Player Rule', they do not acknowledge emails.
Very poor affiliate program, IMO.

I talked to Stephen Banks, he asked me to promote Unibet through IncomeAccess, but I didn't agree with Unibet's T&Cs, then he told me that Unibet changed its T&Cs for me (of course, I told him, that it was not for me, it was for all affiliates ).
Unibet removed a Minimum Player Rule, and also changed the minimum payment from GBP5000 to GBP50.
Maybe there were other changes but their T&Cs seem good.

Hey Aksana,
Thanks for that! I checked the Terms Alert System this morning and noticed the change. When was the change made? I'm surprised I got it over the weekend. We tried very hard to get this change implemented, but were met with silence. I'm very happy you were able to get this change done!
We will re-review their entire terms again and, if applicable, certify their program.
Thank you!

Btw, who are already an affiliate of Unibet? I don't understand how to work with them directly. I respect IncomeAccess but don't want to promote Unibet through a 3d party program. I see Unibet affiliate program is still under construction.

Thanks for this. They should be thanking you too because I was a heartbeat away from dropping this program.
Why is it still on the predatory list?

Hi!
I just found out about this site, and it made me a little worry, because I'm an affiliate with Unibet. But I checked their T&C and found no minimum player rule.
Can anyone tell me why they are predatory or is it OK to promote them.
Did anyone have problems with them?
