UNDER REVIEW! Fortune Affiliates have Predatory Terms in FAQ!

It has been brought to our attention that Fortune Affiliate DOES have Predatory Terms within their FAQ's on their website:

Predatory Terms
How many players must I refer to you?
To keep your account active you need to refer at least 1 new active player in a 3 month rolling period.
Predatory Terms

This term IS predatory and we will be discussing this issue with Fortune Affiliates Directly.

Hi;

This was in our T&C's but was removed a couple years ago, obviously an oversight was made regards removing the FAQ.

This will be corrected shortly.

It has now been almost 1 month since your last post and the FAQ still has not been updated. Can you please look into this quickly and get it resolved? I would like to mark Fortune Affiliates as a quality program, but cannot recommend that until this term is removed.

Nope, was never changed

Well, I shouldn't say that... The FAQ was changed, but now the revshare says you must have 1-10 new active accounts for a revshare of 25%. That is likely the same thing.

so are they predatory and not recommended?

We will have to start talks with FA again in light of the situation. The terms do not state that 1 active player is needed and the FAQ should be clarified to 0-10 new players instead of 1-10 new players.

Let us get a bit more info and come back to the situation.
