Cassava shall be entitled to set-off from the amount of commission to be paid to you any associated costs related to the transfer of such commission as well as any tax, charge, levy, tariff or similar mandatory payment levied or charged on gaming turnover, deposits or other revenue derived from your gaming activity or activity volume by any authority having jurisdiction over Cassava in any territory.

Yep... get ready because when the US is regulated you will see a LOT of these terms enacted

If a casino's hold is around 70% and they pay on average 40% to affi's and after running costs , cpa's marketing etc they are left with 15 - 20% and then they are taxed , I cant see many carrying on operating for 5%,
regulation may not be a good thing for affis.

Rev-shares may go back down to 20% max and forget about $400CPA's

I totally agree with you. Casinos will have to cut down expenses so in my opinion affiliates will be one of the first targets.
