Trying to reach Focal Click

I've been trying to reach Mark at Focal Click for a while. Has anyone heard from him recently? Is he still with Focal?

wow that is very unusual.

Back when I promoted them it seemed like they knew the amount the player was depositing .. before the player did.

They used to sit on top things so closely I often wondered if that had something to do with my extremely poor performance with them.

Things never got better.

I do okay with them (good, not great). I'm trying to reach Mark because the jackpot feeds from Playtech have been effed up for a long time, and I'm getting tired of waiting for a fix.

If someone from Playtech sees this, shoot me a PM.

Come to think of it I have not heard from Mark in weeks I hope everything is okay with him.

The focalclick mail server isn't working at the moment... at least that is what I get in response to all threads here in their forum:

My guess that this is partially responsable for their non-responsiveness.

I can confirm right now - not able to log into Focal click.

Pure white screen - blank.

Will post if I get a reply in the year 2010.
