Just a fair warning that Thomas at Tradition casino is not aware of his own terms and conditions or he is and thinks he can get by with blackmailing affiliates! We have contacted him asking about our earnings small as they are they are still owed and why we have not been paid for a few months and this was his response I think you will all get a kick out of this...
He clearly does not realize how hard I bite!! I think he is very confused on the difference between a negative from cashouts which is what my stats reflect and a chargeback.

We have carefully reviewed your account and this is what emerges :
2009/10 : 171.14 = Paid
2009/11 : -608.10 = Not Paid
2009/12 : 57.80 = Not Paid
2010/1 : 52.50 = Not Paid
Unfortunately, in November there were numerous chargebacks for the traffic
sent, so the Adjusted Net Win is negative for this month.

That is what happened for December and January, as your commissions did
not fully offset the negative carryover, according to the terms and
conditions.

The current balance of your account is -497.80.
However, this only happened on November, your conversion rate is good at
7,5%, your average since the beginning of your subscription is $223,48. So
we are confident that with more traffic sent, your account will quickly
become positive again.
Your exclusive rate of 70% every 6 months, on your best month, will also
allow you to remedy the inconvenience.

Maybe we could make an effort on our side to decrease the carryover or
delete it if you agree on a better position for us, that will send more
traffic of better quality ?

EDITED to add that we reviewed the Tradition terms this afternoon just incase something was to happen to them and low and behold look what has changed this evening all of the sudden!

Negative credits are not carried over the following month. If for a given month you get negative commissions after players’ earnings are superior to your commission earnings, you will start all over again on the first day of the following month. It certainly looks like they decided to carry over negatives AFTER you signed the terms and conditions contract. This is more than just a predatory action, but a rogue one.

I'm not happy with this at all - we need to talk with these folks to find out what they think they are doing. Looks to me like they purposefully wiped out your earnings.

First I want to point out that I am not a native english speaker, so my
words can not be as clear as I'd like always.
I'm sorry for delay as I had to contact my supervisor by phone to validate
this answer.
I never intented to do "blackmail".

1- Yes you are right : there was an error on our site in the FAQ (not in
the terms and conditions) : because before the launching of the website we
didn't want to make negative carryover.
This mistake done by our webmaster was there since the creation of the
website.

We decided to offer 70% once a semester. These 70% can even be claimed
retroactively, because we know very well that offering 70% the first month
is a lie because an affiliate reaches its regular income after several
months.
Concretely this is two months where we don't win money.

2- As our FAQ was wrong when you signed in, you are in your right saying
there can not be chargeback on your account.

3- The negative balance of our november month will be erased and your
subsequent earnings will be paid right early next week.

I send your complaint to my supervisor, who will answer to you within 24
hours also.

We sent you proofs by email that show before to launch our affiliation website we made a design + texts with no negative report. Then, before to launch and accept our 1st affiliate, we changed our mind and decided to apply negative report ; banners and texts were changed, exepted our FAQ and i apologize for this, really...
