I'm affraid you didn't understand. I said : none affiliates has subscribed in IGAMING.PRO with the first texts & designs saying that there is not negative report. These texts & designs never been put online because it was an off-line version, NOONE NEVER saw this version, excluding FAQ that we forgot to upadate.

We launched our website in 20TH JULY 2009 with texts & banners saying that we will apply the negative report. In other words, BEFORE to launch and accept affiliates, we ALREADY changed our texts and banners, so all our designs & texts (excluding FAQ) was explaining that negative report will apply.

So, since the site opened, we never change one word or design : everyone signed up with negative report appliance.

If so, can someone please post the URL to the Terms & Conditions where this is mentioned?
I can only find it in FAQs - and we know that was changed AFTER I signed up with them.

If this is true I will be pulling them from all my sites.
(I had 2 very big winners there in December...)

I can state that when I read the terms early that morning the had NO negative carry over and then later that day when I made mention of this they changed the terms to read they DO have a carry over.

Yes, as stated below : we apply negative carry over. Our faq wasn't correct : it's updated since bonustreak noticed me.

Btw, if you're experiencing some big winners, do not hesitate to send me a PM : i will have a look in your account in order to find solution with you.

Please never forget that if you have had big winners, it can be unconfortable for 1 or 2 months, but usually big winners will finish to loose more than they earned ;-)

Your "Frenchie" English is no doubt 1,000,000 times better than my "Englishie" French...

One thing most foreigners get wrong though, is it's lose, not loose.

I had a player over December to January who deposited $400 and withdrew $15,868!

I'm AMAZED at the lack of interest in this thread...

Maybe other Rival affiliates think it doesn't effect them - but one day it might come up and bite you in the ass like it did to me.

Remember, I signed up to Tradition believing they didn't carry-over negatives; they have admitted this is what the FAQs did say until last week.

I am only a small-time affiliate, but I brought in 59 new players to this casino in the 5 months since they launched.
Now, because just one player got very lucky in Dec/Jan I can not realistically expect to earn any commission off any other 58 players (plus any more who join after today) for a year at the very least...
I would never have signed up with Tradition if I knew they had NCO - so I could have sent those 59 players to a different casino.

You can probably tell that the result of my PMs was they said they would not remove my NCO - and they suggested that I should put their banners on all my home pages to try to encourage more players to sign-up and speed up the reduction of my negative balance...
Yeah right! Sure I'm going to do that instead of putting up banners for one of the other 180 casinos I promote who DON'T have NCO.

Who knows KK, maybe they are proud of the fact that they are the only single Rival Casino Program that has negative carry over. I too remember when I signed up there that there was absolutely no mention whatsoever about any NCO!
