    No your NOT, I sent you 2 private messages on the 14Th, that you haven't even read, you have no interest in helping me. close my account. I'm wasting yours and my time, as betphoenix is sponsoring you. and BTW I spoke to the CEO Mike, and he told jack to close my affiliate account, don't make any special deals with her etc etc.

    just when I thought they were going to do a decent thing and help me make up for lost commission from be tot, I get slapped in the face with closing my affiliate account. that's real professional. just because I had the nerve to question his relationship between be tot and betphoenix. or as mike said "stir up trouble" what a nerve I have eh? pfffffff!!

    I will close your account if you wish, but I have read your PM's. In case you didn't know this, PM's come into my EMAIL inbox and I read them every time they come through.

    I have spoken to CasinoJack and am getting a statement from the CEO in regards to this whole issue. It is not quite as simple as you might think.

    And, BTW: Ask anyone.... we don't recieve $0.01 for the forum they have. It's FREE.

    At this point, since you don't want our help anymore - I won't look further into this part. However, I do think it's pretty shitty of them.

    4 weekdays pass since PMs were sent in a resolution case and you are upset?

    Misplaced anger, perhaps? If someone takes time out of their busy schedule and volunteers to help you, I think that is a nice gesture.

    Problem resolution can take time, especially if the two parties already have dug themselves into trenches or if it involves producing documentation. I don't know which is the case here, and I have nothing to do with the resolution or either party, but "thanks for nothing" when someone is trying to help you seems a bit harsh.

    I apologise, please don't close my account. I didn't realize you get an email when you get Pm's on the forum, and I certainly don't expect a resolution in four days. I guess, I was looking for an update. yes dom, it's probably a bit of misplaced anger, I do appreciate any help you can give me.

    No problem Rhonda, I understand how frustrating these things can be. If you have any additional information - please send it to me. I am waiting on some information directly from the top of the chain, so I hope that will clarify things.

    I have done some research on my own, but I prefer to have statements of 'fact' before publishing any information on the web. I do not want to put mis-information out there.
