You took the words right out of my mouth.
I can't even count how many times we all have been through this same kinda thing.
To be honest, I just don't see any point anymore in fighting these battles.
We NEVER 'Win', the very best we can do is to 'hurt' the offending program, and I believe we hurt ourselves as well in the process.
I started a blacklist in 2004, at one time my site was #1 for "casino blacklist", I followed that keyword set for a long time. I have since pulled back from that keyword set and don't rank at all for those keywords, simply because of the negative press, lack of punter concern and the fact that we accomplish nothing positive by starting and promoting blacklist.
What do you think goes on the in average punters head when he/she sees an online casino blacklist?
It sure isn't... lets pull out the CC and deposit...
IMO, the best thing to do with programs like this is vote with your feet.

We NEED to positively promote our business.
There are enough people out there that are trying to hurt us and putting negative headlines out about online gambling ... Do we really need to hurt ourselves by promoting the 'bad' side of the business with blacklists??
