SmartLiveCasino changing TOS on July 9th.

I just received an interesting email from SmartLiveCasino. They are changing their TOS on July 9th.

Here's one of the sections:

"8.4 If you do not deliver one (1) new customer registration within a period of three months (billed months) we may terminate this agreement immediately by delivery of written notice to you."

For a new program I'm surprised to see these minimum player rules still on the table.

A player for life should be the motto.

They were a GPWA sponsor a few months ago.

Well, if this gets to be a trend, the programs that stay on Gamesandcasino will just have less competition is all. Good for them, they won't have to share so much. It's all the same to me.

I for one will not work with quotas out of principle, whether they would ever affect me or not. You just never know, I may get run over by a truck tomorrow, spend 3 months in the hospital and stop sending players.

This business is risky enough as is, not taking any additional risks on.

The SHITTY part about the scenario with Smart Live Affiliates?

They kept the old terms live (maybe just for AGD?) and implemented the new terms on another page entirely. They even left some of the links to the OLD set of terms in there - so chances are, you would read the old set of terms instead of the new set.... which are almost totally re-written.

Very tricky.

I will force-update these bastards. (sorry, getting annoyed). The coding I wrote to keep this from happening failed on their site, so I will have to find the breakdown and fix it asap.

smartlive looked like a quality brand ..........but now it looks like rogue place for affiliates. I will remove the last banners I have ........I just do not like the threat of having a divorce in the future if I do not fulfill those new obligations....better say now I do not love yah anymore smartkid.
