Angry Slots Jungle Denied my $3,000 withdrawal!!

    Hi Everyone,

I am really disappointed with slots jungle casino, as I see I'm getting a major screwing as a player...... first it took over a week to verify my docs and in the mean time I couldnt make a cash out pending my doc approval. and once they did approve my docs I got no email telling me so. I just made another attempt on the 30th of September and the $3000 it went through, now I logged into my account today to see only $750 of my $3,00 withdrawal was approved I contacted live chat and this is the response I get!!

    Hi Rhonda,

I don't wish to be insensitive but your an affiliate, right?

There are certainly discussion on a number of forums regarding Slots Jungle. Not only regarding spam but other player issues.

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ngle-spam.html

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...titan-wth.html

As an affiliate do you not keep abreast of current casino issues?

I would think keeping up to date for the sake of your site visitors and the casinos you promote is necessary for affiliates in general. If you don't follow this protocol, I think it maybe time to start, give your current predicament.

FYI Slots Jungle is a sister to the following venues:
    • Casino Titan
    • Win Palace Casino
    • Mayflower Casino

    Cheers

    Hi Rhonda,

I have contacted the Slotsjungle support team regarding your issue and they have advised me that the cash out amount is determined by the player’s class.

Please refer to the terms and conditions as they appear on SJ casino (section 18 )
‘All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $3,000. This is determined according to player class. Withdrawal approval time can take up to 4 business days’

Furthermore, it is highly unacceptable that affiliates would take advantage of their affiliate account and play in our casinos , it is restricted for the obvious reason; you make money when players lose in the casino. You can’t wear two hats at the same time meaning if you win you can cash out and if you lose…it’s OK, I’ll just earn my commission, it is unethical to say the least!

Please refer to the Affactive terms and conditions (section 3)
‘Neither you nor your relatives are eligible to become Leads or Money Players and should you or they do so you will not be eligible to receive the relevant commission’

We are taking care of every complaint in the most serious and professional manner, nothing is left unresolved

It is easy to make accusations over the forums, it’s a bit more difficult to read the terms and conditions.

    Rick

Sounds a bit alarming that a casino has 750$ weekly max cashout...player class related or not...

I love AffActive... great program. I'll get that out of the way first.

$750 weekly cashout is absurd, though. I will not send players to a casino that has such a low cashout policy. It just isn't smart for anyone to send players to a casino that does this.

Not sure if that remark is a backhanded slap, Rick, is it?

What's unethical here Mate, is accepting unlimited bets but only paying players a max withdrawal of $750 per week on wins.

Slots Jungle is the one wearing the two hats, here

Clip Joints follow similar crazy protocols...

The thing is: how does this casino ever expect to attract players of a higher player 'class' if this is what they do.

Example: Say I was a high roller, but was just testing out the casino and so only deposited and played a few hundred dollars. Let's also say I won - oh, for sake of argument - $3000 but when I tried to cash out, they said nope, only $750 per week. Do they really think that any serious player is going to deposit big sums of money after that. They'll just walk away.

    Couldn't agree more.

The point about not being able to recruit whales with these stupid withdrawal limits is very valid.

Just on a business point of view it would be a waste of time to promote your program with stupid policies like this.

And on the point of not allowing affs to play... Do affs play better or win more than non-affs? No they don't... So why have a rule that affs can't play? Some very respected casinos allow their affs to play... seems like only the shady programs restrict affs from playing.

A lot of folks think that casinos only implement this rule that affs can't play to try to keep important program information out of the affs hands.

Ironically, for most of my whales that's a carbon copy of their deposit the first time. Whales like to test the waters so to speak.

Decisions such as the $750 max week withdrawal, have a sinister side to them. Which ultimately gives the casino a win win advantage.

The excess withdrawal is returned to the players account...need I say more

    Cheers

    Dave
