SUMMARY: SB Affiliates take out a term which says they must notify their affiliates of terms changes. Hopefully they only wanted to remove the email address.

8.1 Notices. All notices pertaining to this Agreement will be given by email as follows: to us at affiliates@sportingbet.com and, to you at address provided on the Affiliate Sign up Form.

SUMMARY: Very strange that they remove this term. We hope it was simply an oversight.

Unless I am missing something and this is old news, this may be the crooked term they never wanted to inform affiliates about. I cant find mention of discussion of this term on the forums. The change to our commission basis, incorporating this daylight robbery is noted in the affiliate system backend as 1/11/11:

4.3 We shall pay to you (the ''Affiliate Fees'') a commission, constituting a revenue share payment and/or a CPA payment, and save as otherwise agreed such commission shall be payable in accordance with the terms of the Affiliate Sign up Form and to be set out by us, and shall be payable for a period of 24 months from the date of first registration of each New Customer.
