It's been a busy couple of weeks with the London affiliate conference and the start to the new year. There are some important updates in this issue so please make sure you read below for further info.

MasterCard Update

As you may have heard, Mastercard has imposed restrictions on purchasing funds for online gaming transactions. As a result we will no longer be accepting Mastercard deposits. This issue is widespread and effects most online gaming properties.

We are hard at work moving your customers over to alternative payment options plus we are constantly looking at adding new, safe and secure deposit options to our banking portfolio. As we speak we are busy integrating new options and will inform you once they are live in the cashier.

New Affiliate Payment Method - Direct2Play

Direct2Play has just been introduced as a new payment method for affiliates. Using Direct2Play you can get your monthly commissions transferred directly to your player account in the casino and then cashout directly from the casino. This method is now active, just select it as your default payment method within your affiliate account.

New Game Release: Wacky Wedding

Our latest new title is called Wacky Wedding, a 5-reel, 20-payline, 10-coin slot game. This excellent video slot game offers to your players free spins, up to 75 free spins with 3x mulitplier. this new game will no doubt keep your players entertained and playing for longer. I cant speak on behalf of all Rivals, can only contribute on behalf of Ruby Royal..

We actually saw a slight increase in deposits and new customers in Jan compared to Dec. Around 5%.

The MC issue only started a couple days ago.. Our players have been informed about the MC issue and we have prompted them to use VISA or one of the web wallets. We have also adjusted our promotions to encourage the use of webwallets..

We are working hard on launching some new payment options as we speak, should have them live hopefully by end of the month so will update you all accordingly..
