Not yet , as this is still being debated on how this will work (for all Rival WL , not just RA) , I can say it will be fair to everyone (fair i.e. make since to both operator and affiliate - both)

Not all the 400 group is refunding progressives.

This is Vegas has just this morning informed me that they will tell me some time in the future what they are going to do about the progressives.

This is the entireity of the email I received this morning. (the names have been left out to protect the guilty...)

I will inform you as soon as possible about This is Vegas position on the progressive issue.
Over the last six months I have had a bunch of whales (5K a month in deposits or more, a couple over 10k) that were strictly progressive players at TIV... the way I figure it they(TIV) owe me in the mid five figure range over this progressive issue.

My cynical side is telling me that I will never see that money and that I should cut the final ties to TIV... But that cheese they are holding out to me(my money) is calling m name... lots0..... oh lots0 we miss you...

So I'll give them till the end of the week.

Oh ya as far as Rival goes... They took the easy way out, shoving the responsibility on to the casino management (them in most cases).

I don't like the way RIVAL has handled this entire situation. It seems to me they were so busy bobbing and weaving trying to avoid having to make a decision, that they totally blew it.

I can tell you one thing, I'll NEVER again trust RIVAL to do the right thing.

I really don't know if I will blacklist RIVAL for these actions. After all they are acting just like the other software suppliers have in the past and I didn't blacklist any of them.

Maybe I should start a Grey list of programs you trust at your own risk... You know the type, programs that look honest and trustworthy when things are going good, but will screw you as soon as things get a little tough or real money is involved.
