Andy, would you prefer we continue our discussions in this thread or the one located in the 400 Affiliates area?

I wanted to say that I am not buying the "give us time excuse" from any program who is using it. Several programs have stated that they WILL NOT charge affiliates for progressive fees OR for processor confiscations. Therefore, there is no valid excuse for not making a public comment and for not taking the same stance on both issues.

This can't continue to drag on much longer. It's hurting both the affiliates and the affiliate programs (not to mention the players are also indirectly affected by this whole situation).

I would prefer to have the discussion relating to this list here. If a program is going to make a statement, this would be the place to make it. If we want to comment on it, this is the place too.

I made this thread Sticky in this forum so that it is easy to find as well.

Couple more minor changes for you:

1. Regal Affiliates - Vegas Regal - 400 Affiliates Email Response
(Should probably edit the 400 Affiliates part as they are not a member of 400 Affiliates).

2. Still have Spin Time listed in the "No COMMENT" area - Should remove them (as you have updated it and they are now in the appropriate section).

I would also argue that Superior Share has indeed made a comment on the processor confiscation issue. Since they are offering 10% extra on NEW signups from April-June for the affiliates who were affected by the Mastercard issue, it would seem to imply that they have no intention of paying affiliates their commissions for the processor confiscations (which is completely unacceptable).
