    Hi NDN,

Let me take a moment to explain a little better.

We all know that times are unpredictable and we hope that this is an isolated and unique incident. In the last 3 years that Superior has been operating, this is the first time something of this nature has occurred. This is not just a Superior Casino issue. It is an ongoing industry issue as some of you already mentioned. The processor in question is a well respected player and was vetted very carefully.

This incident happened at the MasterCard level and although it reflects badly on us all, this was something that happened suddenly and out of the processors (and our) control. We will continue to vet processors as best as we can as we have done for the last 3 years in order to provide players and affiliates with safe methods to deposit and withdraw.

There are some good news by the way. A New Credit Card Processor is now in place and new Ewallets are now being implemented and will be announced soon.

Thanks to all for your feedback and understanding.

    Pantasia emailed this:

    Dear Affiliate,

Pantasia and Mayan Fortune will be returning all previous deductions of progressive contributions. You will notice this credit in your April commission.

We are still working on the details of a new system and will revert back with news as soon as we have news.

    Best Regards,

    James Nolan

I received the Slots Of Fortune mailer, but not the Pantasia one. Vladi - can you forward me that email so that I can update the list? I am not sure why I did not receive it as I am a Pantasia affiliate for a long time

Thank you for providing a little more information, it's much appreciated.

However, my points in my previous post are still very relevant. If there are programs who are willing to compensate us for the players that we send even if they experience processor confiscations, then why should we risk sending players to your group (or any other group) that is not willing to do the same?

I think both issues are equally important.

If we (the affiliates) are hit with any share of "lost deposits" due to processing issues, then why on earth would we send them players in the future and risk the same thing happening when there are programs out there who are willing to stand behind their processing and pay us commissions even if the funds are confiscated by the processor?

I have a very large problem with sending legitimate players who make legitimate deposits to a casino only to find out that I won't be earning anything from those players because the casino did not have secure processing in place.
    I agree totally.
However the MC seizure issue we are all facing is not about sleazy processors, at least as far as I can tell. As far as I can tell, the MC thing was about the MC banks not wanting to violate the upcoming implementation of the UGIEA.

We got the mail from Pantasia and I have to agree all the other software providers have had the issue with MG and NONE of them are taking this money from affiliates! These casinos need to tell us what we are paying for here with this deduction! Unbelievable that these Rival brands never bothered to even inform affiliates what has been going on over the past year with the removal of funds for progressives and then act like we the affiliates are the assholes here all because someone stumbled on to this predatory confiscation of our funds.

Well I am glad some are stepping up to the plate here and I am not shocked to see Superior along with the others that have shown they are remorseful of what has happend, these are the brands that I have always found to be very trustworthy.

This is not true. I know of a couple "blue chip" programs that are deducting money from affiliates due to Mastercard seizures. It seems they must be applying this selectively and I don't know if they are taking away just the commission part or treating the entire seized deposits as a chargeback so I am not naming names at this stage.
