All updated. Superiorshare was put in a new category. They did have a followup email (linked in list) that spelled out their stance on the processor issue.
It is an assumption that all future processor issues will also be deducted from affiliates.

Hi Andy,
That is not true. As I said in our email correspondence some minutes ago, this was an isolated issue with Master Card. You can't assume any potential processor issues will be handled the same way.
I explained to you this is a different case, because it involves Master Card and almost null possibilities of recovering the money and hence no chance of sharing revenue with affiliates. IF, we can recover any funds, we will be crediting affiliates accordingly of course.
Thanks for putting this together.

ok. my mistake.
Then - Are affiliates going to get a 'non-lazy' version of stats from Rival so that we can determine what we are being charged for? Without knowing players, their deposits, their losses, and what was 'confiscated', we cannot possibly know if we are being charged for the whole deposit (predatory) or the affiliates' percentage of the losses in the casino (which would no longer be considered losses)

I still don't understand why your affiliates are being held responsible for your processing issues (especially when many other Rival programs are NOT holding us responsible and have agreed to pay us our commissions on any "lost deposits" due to processor confiscations).
I'm more interested in where we stand going forward on the progressive issues than the processor seizures.
For me the processor seizures kinda goes with the territory given the current state of the online gambling industry as a whole.
I have no problem with seizures as long as I know what is being confiscated from ME and how that relates to the original deposit. I don't want the whole deposit being taken from my affiliate wages - that just isn't right. If they do it the right way - no big deal (in the MC case). If they use crappy processors and get burned.... I don't think we should be deducted 1 penny.

I agree that the seizures by MC are just part of the world we live in. I don't like it, but then there are a lot of things I don't like that I have to put up with.
The progressive issue is a big one for me. I hope TIV and the other RIVAL white labels will play fair, but I don't expect them too.
And if they don't play fair with affs (by the end of this week)... you can bet I will jumping on the Blacklist bandwagon.

I think you may be doing Box24 a disservice here, GuardDog.
From this thread, Steve from AffiliateWide says:
"Our position is clear: we are covering ALL Mastercard fees (affiliates will not lose a dime as a result) and we are not party to the progressive issue nor are we introducing negative carry over."
They should be in the same category as SlotO'Cash, I think.

No definately, stiffing us for 100% would be pretty sleezy in my book.
most of the processors are shells at best but if properties knowingly used high risk ones then they should eat the whole thing.
I have a couple of retail sites and there's been a time or two due to unforseen circumstances and mistakes that I didn't deliver as promised and had to eat it. Even my vendor eats their screwups.

I think both issues are equally important.
If we (the affiliates) are hit with any share of "lost deposits" due to processing issues, then why on earth would we send them players in the future and risk the same thing happening when there are programs out there who are willing to stand behind their processing and pay us commissions even if the funds are confiscated by the processor?
I have a very large problem with sending legitimate players who make legitimate deposits to a casino only to find out that I won't be earning anything from those players because the casino did not have secure processing in place.
