    Default Rewards Affiliates Bad Experience

Firstly, i didnt want to go bringing this up, but when i logged into affiliate guard dog today, i saw that rewards had paid affilates for July and it got me a little angry, you see, Rewards owe me $947 in earnings from june and july. I had $140 in june(not above the minimum) and july i had around $790, the majority of the july commission was from one player over 24 hours going on a great run of wagers using a no deposit bonus.
What happened was my account was closed without myself being informed on the 1st august, i found out when i emailed helena (my AM at rewards) to ask why i couldnt log in, the reply was simply "your account has been closed due to fraud, cheers" i exchanged a few emails between myself and helena that day and finally with Renee who informed me that a group of russian bonus abusers had signed through my sites and had generated all the revenue ( i was on the wager model). At first it seemed as though i was being accused of colluding with said party of rogues, but it turns out that if any suspected abuse by players is found, they (rewards) can close an affiliates account without notice.
Now this has been a bitter pill to swallow, being a new affiliate and being excited at having a great month and to have it all taken away. I have tried to be correct and remain very respectful throughout but now i feel as though i have simply been shafted (so to speak) as i am a small sole affiliate who is only 6 months in the game. Renee offered to pay me $85 of the commission and to carry on working with them, but how can i really carry on with them after this?. I have not accepted the offer and have removed all reviews and banners from my sites for rewards casinos (alot of content now lost ). What really gets me now that i think about it, is the fact i emailed helena the day after a player had generated around $700 for me in commision in 24 hours, asking her if this player had been a depositor or a no deposit bonus taker who had got lucky, i cant believe at this point they didnt spot if something was up, and also this abuse has apparently gone on throughout june and july, they only spotted it when it came to pay out the commission as i had got over the minimum to get paid. I posted this complaint in the CAP forum, it shows the email transcript between myself and helena , i wont post the link here (unless you guys/girls in charge say it ok)
I guess what im asking of you other affiliates is, do you think i have been treated correct by rewards, would this sit well with you guys and girls, id really like some feedback. I know rewards is a well respected program and Renee seems to have real presence about here in this buisness, so im not trying to start any arguments or give rewards bad press, just voicing my feelings.
Thank you for taking the time to read

It is highly unlikely that a group of "Russian bonus abusers" randomly signed up via your affiliate links unless your site had some special deal or offer that they could not get anywhere else. Such people know what they are doing and they would not be naive to the affiliate model, and they would know that everyone signing up via the same affiliate site would be a big red flag.

Lets assume that you did not have such a special deal. That leaves a couple of possible conclusions: 1. you were in on it, and/or it was a single player who signed up under multiple accounts, or 2. there was no group of Russian bonus abusers.

Now I have seen this exact situation before - i.e. player claims a free play at a Rewards property and wagers the hell out of it and earns me a couple of thousand in commission. In the end the casino earned $30 from the player, and they still paid the commission.

So I don't know what to believe.

You claim to be a small affiliate. Regardless of whether it is fraud or not, if I were you I would get off the wager share model and onto revenue share, or switch to another program. Wager share only really works well if you have a large player base. As a small affiliate you need to maximise revenue from a player that comes in and loses $200 quickly without wagering much. That happens far more often than players who manage a miracle amount of wagering on a $30 deposit.

I would also revise some of the ridiculous claims you are making on your "slots cheats" site, but hey ... I'm an honest person in this business for the long run.

Could be wrong but after also reading some of the cr#p on that site I could see how it would attract all the wrong type of players. In addition I don't wish to sound picky but 1.50 - 3.00 a spin ain't high stakes.

Agree with Vladi if you want to make this a long term thing you need to be stright up honest with your site visitors.

In all the years I have worked with Rewards I have never heard of them picking on or shafting an affiliate. If your account was closed I am sure there was sufficient reasons. I think it best to try to fix this with the program to be honest, it is never too late to change your marketing tactics.

I find it a bit insulting that Renee refuses to post at AGD.
I see the CR/RA representative is around giving kudos (even in this thread) but refuses to post.

Why would she with you just hanging on the site waiting to attack?
Dave I am telling just you one more time knock it off. We want affiliate managers to feel comfortable posting on AGD, your not helping matters at all!!

Dude, look at your signature links "Slot Cheats" and you wonder why a syndicate took advantage of your links?

Most prob why I am single men cannot handle me

I AM A HANDFUL-. I'm strong willed, independent, a bit outspoken, and tell it like it is. I make mistakes, I am sometimes out of control and at times hard to handle but I LOVE AND GIVE WITH ALL MY HEART. If you can't handle me at my worst then you sre as hell don't deserve me at my best.
