[RESOLVED] Retroactive changes at InterPartners (formerly PartnerLogic)

Everyone,

InterPartners (formerly PartnerLogic) has decided to steal from their affiliates by implementing negative carryover retroactively.

This affects all affiliates -- not just those that signed up under the new InterPartners affiliate program. Even if you signed up in 2005 (like me) when the PartnerLogic policy was "no negative carryover," you are still affected.

Old term:

If Net Casino Revenue is in a negative position that negative amount will NOT be recovered from you and at the beginning of each month any negative position will be set at zero.

New term:

If Net Casino Revenue for a given payment calculation period is a negative amount, that negative amount will NOT be recovered from you but it will be carried over into the following payment period and shall be included as a deduction when calculating Net Casino Revenue in respect of such period.

This is rogue behavior. It's one thing to apply NCO to new affiliates or new players only, but to apply it to an entire player base that may have taken years to build is just wrong. It's theft, pure and simple. This is extremely unethical behavior -- not what I would expect from such a well-known program.

If you promote InterCasino and VIP Casino, I urge you to remove their banners ASAP.

It's unbelievable how (formerly respected) programs are making Retroactive, Unethical changes like this and feel they are doing nothing wrong I am VERY disappointed in this group.

Sorry, I should have mentioned before. I was working with Katy to add some games in mid Nov and saw the nco terms, and decided not to put any more effort in adding the games that I already had.

I also get a js error with logging to view the IA stats there with IE8, not on other programs that use IA, just them. It never really got resolved. Since they had the nco I never really followed up.

I had that same js problem with some Rivals but once they updated the backend the errors disappeared.

Last month they had that awesome promo with $1K - and now... crap! I'm really pissed off at the moment.

When did they change it? I never received an email regarding a change of terms!

InterPartners is giving away a MacBook Air at the show. This (as well as their trip to the show) is being paid for by stealing commissions from affiliates.

Whoever wins the MacBook Air, please know that it was paid for with stolen money.

They are keeping them. Fotis and company think they are 'good changes' and that all affiliates were successfully notified. He even said that affiliates debated and approved the changes (their closest affiliates).

Same here -- their review pages will be converted to rogue pages.

I think we also need to keep an eye on this Fotis Bachtsevanis person, since he set all of this into motion. If he ever quits InterPartners and moves to a different casino affiliate program, I will promptly dump the program.

Fotis used to work for Sportingbet, then Ladbrokes, and then he moved to InterPartners. All three have screwed affiliates in major ways.
