    Hey All,

    Thanks for all the nice comments re: our reporting and I'm glad to see that the BrightShare casinos are performing well for so many of you.

    Now....to the issues:

    1. Regarding the comment: "they would not report stats until you had x number of depositers" - this is not the case.
    Our earnings report shows details on all players who perform any activity beyond registration - could be playing (even in a free tournament) or could be depositing and beyond.
    Our Banner and Link Stats report will show you all activity (including just a download or registration who does not go on to play or deposit) - provided you're using our banner codes/server.

    2. Additional report - yes, I can pull a report for you showing the player activity from "click." Please tell me which month/s you'd like.

    3. Regarding locked accounts - if you're interested, casino management will usually give us an explanation of why an account was locked. The most common reasons are:
    *player asked to be locked
    *mismatch of registration details
    *unusual behavior (20 purchases in 5 hours)
    *suspected chargebacker

    In this case, all your locked accounts were Bingo players - I'll try to get more info from casino management.

    4. Regarding winners - Jackpot Factory casinos have a very high payout percentage, meaning a lot of winners. Because of this, players have fun at our casinos and keep coming back - our retention rate is the highest of all the Microgaming casinos. I suspect that your winners this month will stick around and play it back into the casino. Players tend to cash-in only the really big wins.

    I had to dig out an email from Marcia dated May 2008.

    Here is a quote from Marcia from 2008...After I complained about ALL my Brightshare stats just disappearing.
    "I have double checked all our records, the only thing that would have disappeared were players that had never purchased. According to our records, you did not have any purchasing players."
    So it is a FACT that BS told me that they do not show any stats UNLESS you have at least one depositing player.

    So when did this change Marcia? As far as I know the last time BS updated their stats program was in 2008...

    It has not changed... so was I being bull shitted in 08 by you or am I being bull shitted now in public by you
    My money is on "now"....


    Added...If I were a new affiliate, I would stay completely away from programs that lie and bull shit people... after all stealing is a very short step from lying.

    I always get about 160-170 dls a month, some guest and some real registrations. Rarely a deposit until 2 new Canadian players deposited in oct and nov.

    I like the ability to see stats for a range of dates and not just a single month at a time.

    I am sure if players who are not visible in reports start depositing , you would see their stats lotso.We have about 30,000 players on some casino accounts ,it would make sense only those with activity would be on our report.

    One-by-one:

    dfiocch - thanks for your nice comments - glad to hear you're happy with our casinos and program.

    lots0 - what I said in 2008 stands today - our Earnings report shows any and all players who have purchased or played (even for free) in that particular month. There is no minimum number - each player who has purchased or played will show in the report.

    slotplayer - thanks for your comment about preferring to see multiple months in one report - we know this is a nuisance sometimes, but we found that we can give more detailed information if we stick with the one-month format. If you need multiple months, please feel free to email me and I can send this to you in an excel format.

    casinobonusguy - exactly, if we showed all players with your tag, the reports would have a lot of useless information - like players who haven't played in years. For this reason, our report shows players with activity - purchased or played.

    I checked with casino management re: locked accounts and they tell me that another reason that I had not included above is "duplicate accounts." In other words, the player already has an account at the casino.

    In cases like this, the payments processor (also in charge of security and fraud) closes the most recently opened account.

    My stats are now showing a player with 2 lines in the stats report, he won over 5000 with a 50 deposit............. :

    Hi inspiration,

    I've asked Liyu - our stats and site manager - to explain why a player would show up on two different lines. I also see mobile, bingo and sportsbook showing up under casino.

    I'll check into the player activity with casino management. Altho it certainly happens that a first purchaser wins big - we see this all the time in casino press releases - we'll double check that there is no suspected abuse happening.

    And just because he's won at this point does not mean he'll necessarily cash-in. He's very likely to keep playing it back into the casino.

    Will also check these casino locked accounts - we already checked into the bingo locked accounts.

    Will get back to you asap with more info.

    Hi Inspiration,

    Sorry this took me so long, but I have discovered why a player would show up twice in your earnings report. If you look at the Player's Currency Tab, you'll see that player played at All Slots (download) and All Slots Flash. Even tho he uses the same account number, each casino will show up separately.
