Thanks for all the nice comments re: our reporting and I'm glad to see that the BrightShare casinos are performing well for so many of you.
Now....to the issues:
1. Regarding the comment: "they would not report stats until you had x number of depositers" - this is not the case.
Our earnings report shows details on all players who perform any activity beyond registration - could be playing (even in a free tournament) or could be depositing and beyond.
Our Banner and Link Stats report will show you all activity (including just a download or registration who does not go on to play or deposit) - provided you're using our banner codes/server.
2. Additional report - yes, I can pull a report for you showing the player activity from "click." Please tell me which month/s you'd like.
3. Regarding locked accounts - if you're interested, casino management will usually give us an explanation of why an account was locked. The most common reasons are:
*player asked to be locked
*mismatch of registration details
*unusual behavior (20 purchases in 5 hours)
*suspected chargebacker
In this case, all your locked accounts were Bingo players - I'll try to get more info from casino management.
4. Regarding winners - Jackpot Factory casinos have a very high payout percentage, meaning a lot of winners. Because of this, players have fun at our casinos and keep coming back - our retention rate is the highest of all the Microgaming casinos. I suspect that your winners this month will stick around and play it back into the casino. Players tend to cash-in only the really big wins.
