    Exclamation Redflush NO Cashouts Flushed?

    Hi Guys,

I have played, and have promoted most MG Casinos, and have always had my withdrawals flushed because of temptation of reversing it. I got lucky enough to make a cash out at Red Flush, and was told NO. is this common practice for this casino Group? IMHO I Feel this is a trap, and there is no reason whatsoever that YOUR money has to sit in your account for 24 hours.

it's good for affiliates, but bad service for players..and if players ain't treated well and made happy, then WE don't make any money

Please wait while we connect you to a site operator.

You are now chatting with 'Craig'

Craig: Welcome to the Casino. How may I assist you?

Rhonda Vitale: Hi,Craig can you please flush my withdrawal

Craig: We wont be able to flush any withdrawal.

Craig: the funds will need to pend for 24 hours.

    Rhonda Vitale: why not?

    Rhonda Vitale : since when

    Craig: since forever

Rhonda Vitale: I have never had an issue with having cash outs flushed..but I'll take your word for it

Rhonda Vitale: Thank you for your time

Craig: None the less sorry about the inconvenience caused.

Craig: We have never been able to flush our players winnings it has to pend for 24 hours.

    Rhonda Vitale: ok Thank you

They used to pend for 12 hours but when LaVida came along at 24 it sounds like RF reverted to that too. Kinda ironic considering the casino name.

    Hi Rhondagrace,

Craig is correct, this is the casino policy. Withdrawals are not flushed during the 24 hour pending period.

This has no impact on loyal casino customers due to processing speed etc.

As for the temptation to play again... hang in there. Do not push the button

    Best regards,
    Wayne

    Hi Wayne,

What is the reason that your casinos won't offer this courtesy of flushing player accounts when requested?

Fortune lounge group has always flushed withdrawals, but they too now no longer offer this convenience for players. I don't understand what the big deal is to not offer the ability to flush withdrawals , except to take advantage of compulsive gamblers.

If a player wins there should be no different flush rule between a new player or "loyal casino customers".

There is no reason to have such a rule, other than hoping the player will reverse some, if not all their winnings in the 24 hour limbo period.

The casinos knows it happens and we've all see stories of players doing it.

Knowing it happens and still enforcing such a rule, is not ethical.
It is dodgy, to say the least!

    Cheers

And all the players are well aware of that - you just have to read Casinomeister to see that they all see through it. It's why casinos like 32Red are so respected because they basically let the player decide which suits them. I can understand why casinos want to cut down processing costs, but it's not difficult to find a balance.

I guess there's two schools of thought: 1) the longer the reverse time, the more profit we make and 2) we'd rather give the player what they want and encourage loyalty.

I must have had accounts at getting on for 100 casinos down the years, both for fun and for testing purposes. The good ones stay on my PC and do pretty well out of me The common factor between the 5 or so I still play regularly? No reverse pending time longer than 1 hour. All the rest are gone (well, a handfull just get a few bucks once in a while during testing).

I too have 100's of casino accounts. But all are gone except for a couple. Though since 2009, most months I only play at 32Red. They certainly do ok out of me - Pat you can stop rubbing your hands together now

But seriously, IMHO they are as close to the service you'd expect from a world class land based casino.

It's a pity other online casinos don't take a leaf out of their book and operate within the high ethics and sartorial operational standards of 32Red.

I'm sure if they did both players and affiliates would be happy girls and guys.

    Cheers
