    Did I miss something here? Did Wayne say that new customers and existing loyal customers are not treated the same regarding flushing their accounts?

    Or maybe he just meant that new customers would have to send in documents that might slow things down? I don't really understand.

    Red Flush will endeavour to process all players’ cash withdrawals as quickly as is possible.     Well, their banking page says that they process withdrawals within 24 hours.

    It also says that QT withdrawals funding time is 2-3 days.

    If they had all of the documents they needed from you on the 6th, then you'd think you would have received your payment already, to QT.

    It sounds like they're dragging their feet a bit to me.

    They had your proof of ID docs on the 6'th. Why were these requested if you'd had a previous withdrawal
