7.5 Redbet reserves the right to adjust payments of the commission from time-to-time to reflect overpayments, New Customer chargebacks and/or credits or underpayments by Redbet.

If the commission payable to the Affiliate for any calendar month is less than Euro 100, then Redbet will retain your payment until the total amount due is at least Euro 100.

There is no negative carry-over from one month to another, but negative balances from one product will still influence your total revenue on a monthly basis.

The commission due to the Affiliate shall be paid by Redbet on or before the twentieth (20th) day of each month for the commission accrued during the immediately preceding calendar month

3.7 The Affiliate may not purchase or register keywords, search terms or other identifiers for use in any search or referral service (such as search engines or sponsored advertising service) which are identical or similar to any of Redbet’s trademarks, including the word “Redbet” or variations thereof, or include metatags on the Affiliate’s website which are identical or similar to any of Redbet’s trademarks. Furthermore, the Affiliate may not register any domain name similar to any domain name used or registered by Redbet.

3.1 The Affiliate shall use its best efforts to actively and effectively market, advertise and promote the Service as widely as possible so as to maximize the benefit to the Affiliate and Redbet.

3.8 The affiliate shall not itself, nor authorise or encourage any third party to, use any spam ( including search engine spamming or spamdexing) or unsolicited mail. If the affiliate do not adhere to this obligation Redbet shall have the right to terminate the agreement immediately, close the affiliates accounts and withhold any earned but unpaid commissions.

9. Termination

9.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving five (5) days prior written notice to the other party.

9.2 Each party has the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if the other party is in material breach of this Agreement.

9.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights and licences given to the Affiliate under this Agreement will terminate immediately. The Affiliate must remove all references to the Service from the Affiliate’s website. The affiliate shall immediately return to Redbet any and all materials which Redbet has proprietary right in that are in Affiliate’s possession.

9.4 Upon termination of this Agreement without any fault or breach on the part of the Affiliate, the Affiliate shall have the right to continue to receive a commission as stated in Section 7 with respect to New Customers who continue to utilize the Service during six (6) months after the effective date of termination

9.5 Redbet shall have the right to withhold any earned but unpaid commissions to the Affiliate if this Agreement is terminated by Redbet on the basis of the Affiliate’s breach.

Hmm,

Im just off a lengthy holiday in beautiful Tuscany (oh the life of an affiliate). Usually you highlight the nasty stuff so we dont have to actually read the whole thing. Is it point 9 that has gotten the lights flashing or is there something else i am not seeing.

We actually do quite good with these guys, and would hate to drop them. Perhaps we can shake some sense into them...
