For sky vegas use the IA messaging system within the new affiliate hub - they seem to reply within a day.

Bluesquare was ran by Cashade right and they are not out of business, I took them down because I don't know who is running the aff program or if there is even a program anymore....

Blue Square is still around; they've been on the NetRefer system for a couple of years. Try Jasper or Chandan:

There is a place called GetMinted, which is owned by Cashcade. GetMinted has had several affiliate programs over the years. They closed each one and stopped paying residual income, which is very sleazy.
