Maybe... The site once had those keywords in it, and the webmaster changed everything around, and you visited the site before google updated again so thats why its still ranking for the keywords that where once there. That has happened to me a few times. The other thing is.. maybe he had a permanent redirect (301) to the site, and the site is ranking for the keywords of the redirected site. (this once happened before to me also)...
Sometimes google takes a while to update, depending on the site. Just a thought.
