Lost question about being a affiliate

    Hello
I have a question about becoming an affliliate for a casino. with all the laws rules there are im kind of confused about something. Ive read about the new gambling laws that were implanted in 2006. my question is this, can i become an affiliate for a casino that is either here in the united states, or overseas and market there site to make commissions? or is that illeagal to do in the united states? And how would i be paid?

    Thank You
    Thomas John

    Hi Thomas John

First off Welcome to AGD Forum

As far as I know,There are no USA land based casinos that are running online casinos...because they can't promoting online gambling.

it's not illegal in the US to gamble online
the 2006 UGIA gaming law dose not making gambling online illegal or being an affiliate is not against the law, it's the fund transfers that they say are illegal The US Government Cannot stop overseas financial transactions.

I think there is one US casino already online, correct? Caesars? It is legal to market for online casinos as far as I can tell. Many of us do it.

It is easy to get paid, Quicktender is one of the main eWallets used, but many affiliates are paid via Wire payment also.
