Problem with Ladbrokes Affiliate account Access

Hi All,
I'm havinbg problem in accessing Ladbrokes Affiliate account.
It shows
Error

OB_ERR_CUST_ACCT_LOCKED

I dropped them e-mail but no reply from them as usual.

Does anyone one know what is the problem?

FYI - a post here notifies Ladbrokes. Hopefully someone will be by to respond. If not, there are a couple of folks here who have good contacts there and maybe they will respond with that info also.

It seems I'm the only one having this problem.

Google-ing for error doesn't give any result.

I wonder if it is Account Termination or error with their website?

I can't think of anything why they would terminate account, I've been with them for past 2 years and everything was going on smooth.

If it was problem with website then at least one more soul would have reported the same..

That error indicated your account is locked. It's the weekend so the affiliate team won't be around, you might have to wait until Monday.

If you have not heard anything by then ( best email them in the meantime ), let me know and I'll ask one of the guys in Gibraltar to look into it for you as I still know several people there from when I worked for them.

( For reference several months back, they inadvertantly closed my aff account - I got it resolved very quickly )
