No replies here or to emails. Does anyone have a contact other than affiliates@rubyroyal.com? I have a small commission due so I guess they don't want to pay it.

This is unbelievable. Comletely ignoring my emails and posts here. This program has only shown up to get exposure for their new games and to get AGD certified. I don't think they even have an affiliate manager. Why are they still here? RUBY ROYAL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!

We're sorry to hear that you had poor results with Ruby. We had a look at your account and can see that you had only 15 signups from which 3 were depositing players who generated $245 revenue for the casino.
We are surprised to see these results as other affiliates are getting much higher level of signups and depositing player conversions with us. We have many affiliates that have been with us since the very beginning and still send us traffic that converts.
If there is something where we can help please let us know.
We have a minimum payment limit of $100, nonetheless will arrange to settle the $68.60 commmissions due to you at the earliest.

Just want to say that Royal Ruby did send me my final payment and too thank Derek again for his understanding and help. I wish things would have work better for me because I think this shows that this program can be trusted. There's not many left these days.

It was an old email that i had responded to many moons ago. I think the current staff at Ruby were just quoting the full original email to sunflower. Anyway's, glad everything is sorted![]()
