I would just like to warn everyone be careful receiving PM's.

I received this earlier today at the GIA and it could be widespread.

Course of action Virus Proxy Slap Back. Pretty good program once you edit some source. And of course my PC is not infected because it were yours would be to LMAO

For the other members who received this do not engage the link. It may be polluted or will be.

Lady_Admin has been spamming board members PM boxes for a while now. So if you operate a board it may be worth while warning your members. They operate out of Russia dns-rus.net

So exercise caution and do not engage the link! I assume this is going to be a widespread assault on public boards.

GAP and GIA have had similar. It looks like Rick has caught and banned the spammer at GIA, but GAP still has spammers spamming iTunes and other stuff also.

WTG AGD for the quick response! What I fear the most is members receiving these PM’s a clicking the link. I can only assume the link contain some variant virus and would likely be hard to disinfect. My second concern would be if a member simply deletes it from their inbox is does not seed on your backend (which I highly doubt). Or if a member receives notification PM’s forwarded to their email who know what happens when deleted.

LadyAdministrator has sure hit on countless public boards just today alone on a global scale. Some are reporting the link contains worm.

I have not received any spam PM here. I think the lady was booted before it could really plant itself.
Nice work, now I think I’ll go engage on my dumb machine out of curiosity.

I checked in here first today so it sounds like I need to go to gap and see what's what.

we just got thru doing a bunch of crap to stop the PM spamming, so I hope this is old news but I see some of the posts were today.
